What do you do for cardio?

And when do you do it?

Do some of you do it all year long, and dont really 'bulk' but stay cut and add muscle?

I'm thinking of running sprints, 3 times a week, this summer...

Would that be good or not? They should help build muscle and burn fat at the same time...

That's why sprinters look so huge, low bf..
 
2x a week on non-weight training days 30 min treadmill am, and 30 pm.

4x a week after weight training 20 minutes treadmill.
 
Events, Sunday's, 2-4 hours.

in currently dieting down..been so for 25 days or so. I start cardio afer approx 10 days of dieting. I do 3x30 minutes in the morning on an empty stomach untill thats not enough, then i slowly encrease the amount untill im doing no more than 6x45 minutes in the morning on an empty stomach. No cardio while offseason.
 
I have no choice but to do cardio late in the day. So, I run for 30 minutes on the treadmill 5 days a week... I alternate between that and the Step Mill every so many weeks..

My CHOICE would be to do 45 minutes of cardio in the morning before work...
