I'm not sure if this all because of Bill Clinton or what but I am absolutely amazed how many people seem to believe that unless you have intercourse you're not having sex. What's your take on it?

The girl I'm involved with is the same way and I just don't get it. We're not really exclusive although we both hate it when the other dates and there has to be full disclosure.
