Bukarest, Prague, Kiev, you know, the Eastern European big cities

definitely not NYC. anybody from the East Coast that has been to San Diego, other parts of the West Coast, or even some chicks from the south knows that, while east coast chicks has flavor and character that those other broads could never dream of, they are nowhere near as hot as the West Coasters and southerners.

Same places in the US, Montreal (Canada) yes because of all the european background but then I agree. The rest sucks big donkey balls. Ontario, US East Coast are filled with fatties and average gals.
 
Toronto bar none due to the cultural diversity. Montreal is alright, but then again the mix isn't as diverse. Besides that french accent is annoying. lol
 
Does not make sense for a city to be unique, I'd be more inclined to belive in geographic areas.

Like south Florida, south Texas, south California.

Though South Beach, Florida will drop your jaw. I have wondered if a lot are pros.
