What Blood Tests Are Needed After PCT?

i had a complete blood work up before my cycle from my primary care physician using my insurance...

for the follow up i going to go to local lab and pay per test... figured doc would be iffy on why i need blood work again16 weeks after last one...

what tests should i get after a 12 week cycle test at 500mg/week and winny 50mg/day (last 6 weeks of cycle)... 4 weeks PCT clomid/nolvadex...
