What BF% for 6 pack?

I'm trying to tweak my goals, and am not sure at what body fat % a female should be able to see 6 abs?
 
There's no set BF % to get that 6 pack, we're all different, and it depends on where you hold most of your fat, and where your fat comes off of when you reduce it. Not sure if what I'm saying makes sense.

For ex. if you hold alot of your fat in your tummy and it's the last place it comes off of, then you will probably have to be really low in BF% to see that 6 pack.

I had more abs at 15% than i do at 10%.. now i got ribs:P

But does depends on u
 
I have know girls as high as 14-16% with abs. My girl didn't get them till she was around 9%. All depends on your body type. Just don't get obsessed with tons of ab work, thats not what does it. Stick to lots of good core work, deads, squats, etc.

Like I said it varies so much with different girls.

Mine show at around 14-16%, but that's because I don't hold alot of fat in my tummy. My fat goes to my booty and my breast the most (as I recently noticed, since I started gaining ore weight), haha I guess I'm lucky.

Yep - exactly......even at my comp bf% of about 10% I still didn't have the six pack.

This saddens me in the same boat thought mine would come out more bf is in around 10% but no six pack I got a 4 pack first thing the morning and right before bed.
 
Let's also keep in mind that when you are just getting started at serious cutting if you are not naturally lean, it may take a few shows or cutting cycles to get rid of the body's tendency to deposit fat in those areas. Personally I think over time you can get just about any shape that you want w/ the training, diet & persistance. One round of dieting for competition is not much in the big picture - you can train your body to do many things over time.

That was the same with me too - EVERYTHING bloats me (water, food, etc) and my body holds onto SubQ water easily......
