Guys here who give a lot of davice to the ladies. Would you please mention by name and brand the supplements girls can use to get results. From everything I read our bodies are quite sensitive to chemicals and we can make better gains from a smaller amount of steroids than the men, are there supplement that can give us close to the same effects?

When purchasing supplements, the brand isn't particularly important. What matters is what is actually in the supplement itself. I personally buy all my supplements from needtobuildmuscle.com and Costco. Both companies have fully transparent labels and list what is exactly in the supplement.

A female should use all the same supplements as a man, she will just want to stay away from anything hormonal. Besides things like pro-hormones, all supplements are safe to use by females.

The being said -> The biggest factor in determining your success (or lack there of) with your physique and fitness goals is going to be your diet and training. Stick with the 'bread and butter' supplements:

3. A high quality multivitamin
4. Creatine

You could add a BCAA supplement to the above list but it isn't required. http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/P...GEAR-p149.html

A good natural testosterone booster would be a good addition as well, if budget permits: http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/C...e-ES-p238.html

I get most of my basic supplements like fish oil from Costco. I purchase my protein, creatine, fish oil, BCAA and testosterone booster from n2bm.com.

Vitamins, minerals, fish oil are essentials for supplements. As for extras - creatine and whey. Nothing else is really needed as a supplement.

if you want to take things to the next level.. check out sarms1.com

sarm's are anabolic, so they are safe for females to take.. the catch is you have to buy sarms that are legit.. cause if you buy fake sarm's they could really be pro hormones

For women I really only recommend steroids to competitors. Most women even then can achieve their goals just through training, diet, and supplementation. I recommend the basic supplements like creatine, BCAA, fish oil, whey protein, and a good multivitamin. I get most of those from www.needtobuildmuscle.com

When it comes to PEDs, I recommend SARMS for women. You would typically take half the dose recommended for a man. Here are some examples of dosages a woman would take:
Ostarine 12.5mg per day
Cardarine 10-20mg per day
S4 25mg per day
LGD 5 mg per day

Those are just some examples. Ideally you pick 1-3 of them and stack them together depending on your goals.

For women, the same things will basically work in the same way as for men. The only difference is usually the dosage, since most ladies are smaller than most men are. Just avoid hormonal things like prohormones and steroids, and you will be perfectly fine with pretty much any supplement and SARM that are effective for males.
