I have never had much roundness to my fanny and my pants are feeling looser in the rear. Now i'm fearing that my butt is gonna be even flatter. I have a little bit of exess in the hip area, and that gives my buns a square appearance from the back. I don't want to lose any (except hip) inches, but i want to increase size in the lower part.
I know lunges really make me feel it in the cheeks, but what else would "round" them up?
