What are some PHYSICAL signs that indicate someone is lying??

rubbing chin or eyes.....looking away during the start of the lie

Besides the obvious like turning red/blushing.

Is it true that if their pupils dilate that is a sign? Also, if their forehead scrunches is that another sign?? I saw these on TLC but I'm not sure if it's true or not.

And if someone reacts by an accusation with hostility and defensiveness is that another sign??

Anyway, That`s why I always where a ski mask when I lie to someone.
