Anybody here do westside training?
Ive just become aware of this type of training and need to know where I can find routines and such

Yea they have a ton of books. Dont quite know which one is best to start on.

They do a lot of groundbreaking stuff but I don't know that you'll enjoy it unless you're an elite powerlifter. I may get flamed but IMO it's pretty complex.
