Went to the Hamptons this past week, America needs help!!!!!

For all of you who think for a moment that your physiques are inadequate, look no further than the beaches this summer.

I was in the Hamptons for a week and saw some of the most repulsive bodies I have ever witnessed. Now granted, this is not Venice Beach, however, it is safe to say we all here are clearly in the minority.

This was my week off. Actually first time I have ever really took a complete week off. Felt great.

Moral of the story, next time your at the beach in your trunks, dont look at the one huge guy at the beach, look at the thousands of other poor sausages baking in the sand.

lol..on the one day of sun that we have had in the UK this year, I also went to the beach...again this wasn't Venice beach eitheir...well it wasn't even a beach it was hard peebles with donkeys and a fish and chip van.

But i was looking around too, we clearly are a minority i would agree. You see a bloke that looks like he trains and you say to yourself " my arms a bigger than his" and you find yourself looking at your own arms, and then his agian. The misses catches you and smiles.

But i would agree the majority of folk are looking awful it fills you with pride.

Hey Polish- you from LI? My wife's family is and we keep meaning to make it out that way....

I just got back from Mexico a week ago and the bodies were terrible.... either they have gotten worse, or my standards/level has gotten higher...

By the way I am not a BB, more PL/Performance type...

i spent june and july on LI defending the country against the Asian Longhorned tree beetle 2 years ago. during those months i had plenty of time to cruise the beaches up there......most of you yankees don't look as good as the hammer does!!! i felt..........vindicated.

contrary to what tv and the movies tell us, not all of the hamptons is upscale.

much of the NY/LI coastline looks rather worn out and used up.
