well guys, think the gyno has struck me.... ive had flairing before because of oral AAS, but its up again and when i woke up this morning it felt sensitive and weird. im taking a little over a gram of test a week.... so yea guess i had that one ocming lol, but anyways, i have nolvadex, how should i dose it? im just gonna run it for as long as i need to!

Dude, if you are flaring up for sure, then you need to get some letro ASAP. Nolva isn't gonna do shit.

Well you were told WRONG...

Stop getting yourself worked up, it's not Gyno yet, it's just inflammation at this point. Get yourself an aromatase inhibitor such as Aromasin or Arimidex immediately.

nolvadex works for where you are now. start taking 10mg in the morning and 10mg at night. if that doesnt start to work in a few days up the dose to 10mg 3x per day. in the meantime order adex and letro. you should always have those.

alrighty, ill start taking the nolvadex tonite, and ill order some letro/adex ill have it here saturday. but how many days should i use the nolva???

once the symptoms are gone cut the dose in half for a few days then stop. as soon as you get the adex start taking it at .5mg -1mg eod. through the cycle and 2 weaks past. the letro is the drug you keep around to kill the gyno as soon as it starts.

I thought you were already take the nolva. Like was posted earlier the .5 - 1 EOD is good...but after a week or two you can back off of that to .5-1 mg twice per week and see if symptoms hold off. The letro should always be on hand in case anything ever gets out of control.
