yea, I had to step down until i could ensure i could give enough time to the board--i went from working for a firm to a sole practitioner--so being on my own i had to spend some time getting my ducks in a row--besides it scared the crap out of me to sudddenly not have a paycheck--but all is rolling along and maybe someday my wife will give me my allowance back
