Weird hand pain!

Lately I'll get this pain in my hands..it's more of an irratational thing..almost like million itchy needles...it drives me crazy..Dr appointment soon for it..but just wondering if anyone ever had this...it only happens when I'm in middle of serious workouts or in middle of fighting..lasts minute to 3 minutes and poof gone

Are you using a preworkout with Beta-alanine in it?

if it is your pinky and ring finger than 100% that is a tell tale sign of an ulnar nerve issue.. very common among weight lifters. only cure for it is rest and don't take it lightly or you could create a huge problem
