Its like a hyper-extension pain.. If I hold out something in front of me (like i am doing arm raises to work the shoulder) anything including a tissue box hurts in the joint... But is i bend the arm some, I feel NO pain- even with heavy weights.... I have to remind myself not to hyperextend it... Anyone have this too? I am worried that if i lift, even with it bent, that it might make the problem worse!! Anyone??
