I'm creating a web/mobile app for a University project that will help users track their strength progression. Part of the app will be to reward a user's profile with certain badges once they achieve a certain weight on exercises. I'm wondering if you guys could help list what you think are good weightlifting milestones on the main exercises, from beginner to advanced level. I.e. beginner bench: 75kg, intermediate 100kg etc...
