So im 1, 85 m tall and weigh about 80 Kilo. I want to reach min. 70 kilo max. 60.
I don't have a big stomach. Im kinda chubby but i look fit. My legs have muscle because i rollerblade but since It's Winter i dont any more.
I signed up for gym but i havent been there yet. I want to have muscels and a slight six pack. How can i reach this goal ?
Anthing i can eat ?
Im vegetarian so no Meat
