At the moment gaining weight is hard for me. I'm 17 and I'm starting rugby next week. I am 72 kg(158 pounds) and 5ft 9 (1.79 metres ) and want to gain about 8kg. At the moment I'm working out 5 days a week and eating 4,000 calories a day but I haven't been gaining weight. I saw this article and wonder what yhu guys think about it.
