weight gain question

i've been reading the board for some time and boy, do you guys know your stuff! :)

i just had a quick question i was hoping you'd be able to help me with. i'm 5'5 and 105-7 lbs. quite underweight, i know. i eat and eat and eat and i still don't gain weight. i'm looking to put on about 10 lbs (15 right now, seems like a stretch). so i was wondering what sorts of things i should be eating? honestly, i eat anything and everything and i still can't put on the pounds. :confused:

also, should i cut cardio out of my workout? i don't do a whole lot, cause i'm not looking to burn calories...15-20 mins on the bike twice a week, and once on the treadmill.

YES cut your cardio. And when you say you eat alot.....how about telling us a sample day of what you eat -- regardless of if you think we will lamblast you or not!

What kinds of workouts do you do?
