D Dio New member Jun 4, 2002 #3 There's no need to apologize. Free stuff is good Unfortunately this free stuff isn't. Soy is an inferiro protein at best and more likely estrogenic. It probably wouldn't hurt to use it, but there are much better choices when you run out.

C chillin408 New member Jun 5, 2002 #5 If it is predominately glucose based carbs then it might be useful as a postworkout shake, if you don't the soy protein.
