Weekly workout routine

I like reading the daily workouts but it would be nice to see a weekly summary of you fit people!!

My lifestyle is very sedentary outside of workign out due to my love of vegging, and my desk job.

So, i try to do something physical every day or at least 6 a week.

I work from 7:30-5:30 and usually go to sleep around 10.

Sample week

M 6:30 am - 30 minutes cardio, 10 minutes abs

T 5:30 pm - 45 minutes cardio

W - Rest day PM Slow pitch softball game

Th - 5:30 pm 20 Min Cardio 40 Minutes upper body

F - 6:30 am 35 minutes cardio

S- 30 MInutes cardio, 30 minutes weights

Su - 30-40 minutes jog outside.



I should add that my goals are weight loss/maintence and lowering my BF%. My body type is very lean upper body and i hold fat in my thighs and butt..

Like it was said before, losing bodyfat is all in the diet.... You can do all the cardio you'ld like but if you eat junk then you aren't going to lose the fat!

If you want to increase muscle you're going to have to lift weights.
 
Lestat... I'd say more weights less cardio. What kind of cardio is she doing? Have her do HIIT, sprints ..

her diet will have to be in check, thats a must.

Exactly!!

If you don't eat it, you don't have to do hours of cardio to burn it off....A certain amount is good for health reasons, but too much is detrimental. I'd focus more on weights than CV & take a close look @ the way she's eating.
