Week 4 of cycle.... when to start lifting?

Hey guys just started on my test cyp cycle.

People say it takes 4-5 weeks for it to start working. So should i start lifting weights now or wait another week for its full effect?
 
STOP NOW.... If you havn't been lifting a good solid 4-5 yrs hardcore, steroids will do you no good, you're starting with nothing and you're going to end with nothing.


Knoledge is gained with experience----experience is gained by not doing that again.

Take in no more than 500 cals and superset jumping jacks , fuck the weights

It doesn't take 4-5 weeks to kick in. It takes 4-5 MONTHS to kick in. Do your research. Use orals only -- they "kick in" faster. 500 mgs a day ought to do it. By this time next year, start looking into a gym membership. Sure it's a commitment but the results will be well worth it.
 
What kind of logic is that?! I'm just so confused! So you thought its a good idea to finally start hitting the gym...and the first thing you do is get on the gear? I think what you really wanted was a pre-workout supplement....I think.

Well I had a 6 month base and am currently on week 6 of test4 at 600 a week and have gained 15 lbs of quality mass. Mind u my diet and training are bang on

You'll gain, no doubt about that. The challenge is keeping it. Your body simply isn't used to carrying around all of that mass so you need to make sure you keep cals up after PCT and continue hitting the gym hard. Go for heavy compound lifts, at least thats what I do after PCT and have kept the majority of strength from my last cycle. I lost size because I dropped calories but the strength stuck around. This time I'm keeping the calories high for a while and anticipating gaining some fat, which I can burn off later.

SARMS like ostarine are known to help retain gains as well.
 
Yes agreed Iam trying so hard to do a clean bulk chicken breasts and pretty much everything else I make to eat is starting to look and Taste like shit lol. Sucks

dude wtf are you doing? you're wasting your time dieting and training now, wait until it kicks in on week 8 or don't even lift on cycle, save it for PCT if you know what that means

I'm real sick of seeing these 140 lb know it all kids come on here that don't know shit, and have no clue what they are doing, and then turn around and get pissed at all the advice they are given that they don't want to hear....AFTER ASKING FOR ADVICE!! :banghead:

I'm enjoying sticking needles in my arse. For PCT can I dissolve the clomid and nolvadex and then inject it?

You really need to increase your carbs before the Test kicks in. Start drinking beer now and start lifting next week Monday. High barley and yeast will rev up your HGH.
 
Be sure to plan your PCT.

1st week McDonalds, ed
2nd week Burger King, ed
3rd week Pizza Hut/Dairy Queen,eod

Be sure to add Nova for estrogen
