Week 3 diet 12 lbs down strength up

I guess this is a question about “am I doing it right” or can I do something different.

First let me tell you that when I was 18 I was 240 pounds and about 50% bf (seriously). I went on a crash diet and in 10 months went to 137 without ever lifting a weight. Looked like I just came out of a concentration camp. Now hitting the 30s my metabolism and some doctor prescribed psycho drugs threw me from my stable 165 to 230 with 33%bf. However, even at 165 I was FAT!

This is what I am doing. Kyno injectable to stave off losing muscle when not eating as much. 12.5mg T-3. 3cc Primo every week. I may bump the T-3 up because it looks like clen is out. When I am trying to sleep at night my damn heart is doing headstands in my chest with clen.

My workout is the same since Primo. It was for shit before. I would go on the bench and want to sleep, not lift. About 45-60 min of lifting followed by about 30 min of cardio 4x per week. Strength has gone up. I finally got 3 plates up on the hammer shoulder press! I know, no big deal but 6 months ago it was a dream. My fat bio electrical whatever it is says 27%bf now but it looks like I am losing fat and muscle 50/50 on the 1800-2000 cal diet. Mostly protein and some carbs.

I know, long read… Sorry guys…

Anything else I can do? Not just sticking pins in me. I mean anything! More this? Less that? It’s not like I can go to someone and say hey I need advice without telling them about the chemicals. Then you get the looks and the speeches.

Oh yea, what the hell is that funny smell I smell all day? (Not B.O.)! smells weird. Is that keytosis?
 
if the t3 isnt Dr prescribed I would taper off and stay away, yes you loose fat but also some muscle with it. Increase your protien intake to at least a gram and a half per pound of lean bodywt. Both of these things should help you loose more fat than muscle. Good luck
 
I was reading about 12.5 helping with protein synthesis. It was somewhere on the board a while ago. That's why I went the T-3 way. I was hoping the Primo would offset the muscle loss as well. I am still considering clen on and off for days I am not lifting. I don’t know if this happens to anyone else but if I take clen and lift, I am all over the place like a spun up maniac.

Not that I am fighting the advice. I am just giving my reasoning for what I am doing.

I recently noticed that my sweat was smelling like ammonia after cardio. Apparently its a sign that your body is burning muscle, and not fat during excersize.

Do a search for "Ammonia" for more info.
