Week 1.5: 1,4 ADD from BAC

Its week 2 using 1,4 from BaC

Dosing was about 600mg per day (frontloaded with 900-1200 for 3 days)

The bad:
If any of you have read my post on the diet board about acid reflux, I'm starting to think 1,4 is the actually culprit even though caffiene ect.. is supposed to be one of the causes and it started right when I was doing high single doses I think that it may be coincidence after all I've been on high caffien/eph doses before w/ nothing of this sort. Perhaps its just the 1,4 took time for it to happen after all I would assume it would take a bit of time to the acid to actually burn the espohagous. for the record I've never ever had anything effect my stomach before (or really anything besides caffiene headaches and shakes for that matter) negatively.

What it leads to is that I can barely swallow. I want to cry when I do, instead of taking 1/2 a minute to eat a can of tuna it takes 1/2 an hour.




The good:
Well the stuff works no doulbt about that, obvious it holds no comparison to fina (only other thing I've tried) but hey its a no hassel oral.

Its only week 1.5(or so) so its just starting to kick in.

Leg press, I remember I was once doing 410 for reps of 10, and stuggled with 560 for 6 (after the 410 sets). Then took a break from legpress, I began leg press again around when I started 1,4 (which has some sort of CNS effect as well it seems can't sleep on it, but I can on fina which also causes sleep probs in some). Anyway, leg press on day 3 of the stuff was 500x8 then x8 then x6. The next time around it improved to 500x8 500x8 520x9
Quite a decent increase (legpress was done after squats which were done at 225x8 for 3sets, keeping it stagnant as I continually make sure I go deeper)

Dumbbell press was less impressive of a change,
90x6 90x5 90x4
90x6 90x6 90x5
Now, I should add that my first dumbell press was done on the first day of 1,4 so its had less impact since it wasn't intergrated into my system as much as the leg press.

However, the gains should also be comeing back easier as at cristmas before I got sick, I was doing 97(odd weight dumbellsheh) for 7,6,4

Another thing I should mention is that I'm cutting so any increase in strength actually is good. My weight has been stagnant but being that I have strength increase that is fine by me.

Dumbbell shoulder press moved up 1 rep to the point it was at at cristmas I had been having toruble regaining that lost rep for some time now so thats actually pretty good.

Can't tally back+bi progress thats today.


NEXT:
I'm going to start taking it transdermally, I've read most phs have a chemical weight of 300 if this is like most phs that should make it through the epidermis, I also read that they need to be fat soluable because of the oils in the skin which 1,4 is.

I will be applying it with DMSO gel which I have left over from a fina cycle. Anyone know if this works? If its none not to work I rather give it to someone who can get some use out of it.

Too bad I've never done 1ad or 1-test so I can't compare effectiveness for you, then again I'm not much help being only 1.5 weeks in and having horrible sides focing me to change applications methods. Anyway, best of luck with this stuff for the rest of you.
