There don't seem to be as many as there used to be. Looked good at first until people started roaring by when I'm going 15 over the limit myself.

Tonight for example, I'm passing most everyone because I'm going 15 over the limit. Some guy decides that is not fast enough. He cuts in front of me and quickly slows to way below the speed limit. That was his first move in a series.

Seriously....sometimes I think we need video cameras to catch hi jinks like that. Busy interstates are no place to play games.

They videotape on the German autobahn for tail gaters etc. Perhaps a good idea. I'd love to nail the fuckers who intentionally cause accidents.

Nothing ticks me off more than people who cut me off, or go to slow. I am always over the limit, but there is always someone going slower and quicker then me. When driving on the highway, i always gotta change lanes to avoid accidents.

The thing people have yet to figure out in N. America is that the left lane is a passing lane only. And you must yield to faster traffic if you are in the left lane.

If people could just do that, there would be far less accidents.

What we need is a police state with me at the helm...

I'd get rid of the bullshit that really mattered like asswipe drivers and it would be mandatory to drive 80mph in the far left lane... if there is traffic, and you cna't go at least 80 in that lane, then NO ONE drives in it!!! People that go slow in the left lane will have their car seized and auctioned off to help pay for the military state. There will be NO hearing.

Police will have absolute discretion to pull over whom they like, when they like... for mere technicalities... and racial profiling... oh guess what... it's back en vogue.

To be a police officer in my police state you must have at least a 4 year degree, and degrees that include poly sci will not count. To make an officer you must have at least a masters. To become a high ranking officer you must have a Ph.D or J.D.

IT will be a new breed of justice... people will follow the letter of the law...

Also, police will have ABSOLUTE discretion to yank your car out of hte tow lot, or to tear up parking tickets written by any city manucipality if they think such tickets are unjustified.

The Airports will be manned with a Swat unit... composed of 100 armed soilders in body armor... they will have M-16's and riot gear... Any attempt to even look like a terrorist will result in your erasure.

Also, Police may act as "on site" judges... such as forcing one person to give back stolen property based on their own good judgement. They may administer the death penalty to those caught in the act of any felony worthy of such penalty.

Duels will no longer be illegal, but condoned and monitored by police Captians. Engaging in fistacuffs will be the deul for all offenses other than Adultry or a cheating Man/woman... in which case the wronged party will be given a giant electrical hammer to attack the other party into submission.

Prison??? LOL -- Living in Prison for more than 10 years is just like being dead... therefore, any sentance over 10 years will result in the $1.98 bullet between your eyes. It's a harsh punishment, but so is tough love.

I, personally, will make State of the Police Nation addresses... where I will take assets from people involved in Enron, Martha Stewart and split them up among lucky winners of a drawing of law abiding citizens... there will be free ice cream at every Basken Robins the first of the month....

Welfare will Stop ... people will work for a living... yes... it will be a great society...
