have been cutting for a few weeks now.
have lost maybe 17-18 pounds, half of it waterweight i guess.
for the last 2 days i havent been watching my bodyweight.
ive still been eating as much as i use to, always use my food scale....ok maybe a few calories but NOT much
the only thing that is changing from week to week is the cardio. every other week i start early at work so the only cardio i do then is going to work which takes about 20 min.
and every other week i do morning cardio for 30-40 min on the treadmill, bike, or any other machine, like to do 10 min that and 10 min that.
but when i weighted myself this morning i had gone up 0,5 pounds!
where did that come from?
and in what way can constant changing waterweight be bad for my cutting, or will it?
