What is a typical change in weight on a daily basis for you guys... I seem to be dipping to around 211.6 in the mornings, then up to about 216 in the evenings? what should I base my weight upon? Ive been basing it in the morning, and I consume about 1 gallon of water a day so I think that I am not dehydrated, but just can't fathom that water and food could add so much weight over the course of a day.
