Does everytime you get back into keto, after a carb-up do you lose the water wieght??
I started off at 220, by the end of my first 2 weeks i read around 212-213 on the scale. After my carb-up it was around 215-216 which is around 4lbs in 2 weeks which i found quite good. Anyways im in my thirdweek and just hit ketosis today(3 days after my carb-up). Anyways the scale reads around 210-211, is this water weight again, or is this fat weight?
