I agree, but there are some things to help give you an edge, Dandelion Root, Drink alot more water, the body retains water if it doesnt get enough.There are more but i can't think of them right now.
Carbs and sodium also creates water retention, and sodium hides in a lot of things. Haha
Even when not on cycle, when I up my carbs, I retain more water. I don't know if eating lean means you dropped your carb intake, or if you are meaning eating clean and only taking in clean carbs like rice.
