I was reading through Colgan's "Optimum Sports Nutrition" and he has a lengthy section on water quality, and it had never crossed my mind that with the amount of water that most of us drink, if our water source is "polluted", which he seems to think many of them probably are, we're really building up the toxic chemical levels in our body, and specifically in our muscle tissues. Anyone ever do anything about this? He recommended drinking distilled water, but I think I might just go get a britta deal for here at work and filter the water that way. ![Coffee :coffee: :coffee:](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/2615.png)
