Help me clear this up...

Well, I didn't post the question new@ was replying to, but I did do a long search...a really long search, as in since I've been registered. And one question...many people argued, like New@, that one needs AS in order to maintain an "appropriately" high dosage of t3. But, some posts seemed to disagree...

OH, okay, clen actually has mild steroid-like properties, which is why it would help prevent muscle loss while on t3...starting to get it...
obviously, there are a million other threads on both sides that I could reference on this issue, but I don't want to bore the shit out of all of you...so, the final questions I have are these:
What dosage (roughly, I know it depends on the person) of t3 needs to be backed up by AS, and what dosage could one "get by on" without muscle loss on clen? Or should only t3 and clen be avoided, and only t3 and AS used to "be on the safe side", as some have suggested? What do you (whoever you are) think?
I know I don't post much, but I always do searches...this is one thing I can't really clear up. So, be nice to me, my gentle nature can't handle flames...
