Hey guys I'm new to the site, I need some advice. I'm trying to lose my beer gut, and the rest of the fat on my body. I am 6 foot and weigh 242, I'm not excessively over weight but overweight none the less. I'm already lifting and going to the gym every other day, should I be using protein, or should I lean out first and then build muscle? Take it easy on me I'm a newbie. Thanks in advance!
