Hey, first time on here. Been working out for about a year just about 2. Just recently I had finished my first cycle. Test E. 500mg a week for 12 weeks.
Just did a basic clomid dosage from what I’ve got from people online for a PCT. Everything feels fine. So far. Haven’t lost much for gains.
When I first started that cycle I was weighing in at about 185-190.
Im currently 215. After PCT and all. Listened to everyone ate a whole bunch of healthy food. A lot of
meat. A lot of rice. Alot of veggies. I mixed a bit of cardio in also.

So do I have my gear for another cycle.
Test E. 30 ML
Tren E. 30 ml
DBOL. Package of 60. (I’m not doing them all)

so km looking for a proper PCT for this and guidance.

My stats are.
Height: 5’11”
weight: 215
BF:? Not worried about that.
 
25 is when we generally recommend starting a cycle is you need to. Like Steve says make sure you've done a complete PCT before doing the next cycle.


Ywa actually you guys have recommended that evolutionary PCT link.
So I’m gonna follow that up. Got any other suggestions ?
 
Try to get your Bloodwork done because you didnt cover the PCT after your cycle. Either way once you know your levels do some research into HCGenerate.
