Al,
Babycows is this what Starr called for Calf-Raises....
....but for me it's only possible doing them at a legpress machine......
BiggT,
great man - many thanks for your comments (asked BiggT by PM for critic) , will think about it and try to realise it better and better from session to session...
Do you think it would be better to learn the correct form of the Hangclean when I will go completely into the deepth position.... ? These were the first two sessions doing the Hangcleans ever in my life but I was not sure where doing the catch : high or going deep ? Bill Starr noted in his programm that Hangcleans are needed "for more work on your "power"clean form" so I think to do the catch at a high level without going deep (which was obviously a big mistake a the last rep of 75kgs).... these Cleans from Hang are much harder for me than doing Powercleans....
Your words give me lots of motivation, BiggT - already had a new pr at Powercleans last tuesday 87,5kgs x 5 (videos from this weeks workouts will follow asap) and when I understand right, I could handle some kgs more when I make the form more and more to perfect.....
Could you also comment these two other exercises :
The Deadlifts - everytime I have a small arched back - do you think this is a real problem ? I think this is normal at a relativ 'heavy' weight.....
Weighted Dips - am I going to deep - elbows only to 90° ??
many thanks & greets,
Svet
