OK I know this may be a repeat quest that has been answered many of times but most people arent as high as bf as myself and was just wondering even at a fairly high per of bf 35% would it still be acceptable to only do 3x cardio a week or would i have to add a few more sessions ,Im planning on doing 4x weight heavy every other week. With regards to cardio mod intensity for longer duration would be better than high intensity? As for my diet just really needed to know if rotating carbs is the best way to go even though Im 35% bf and if so would it be better to go 3 days low and 2 days high or high on weight days and low on cardio rest days.

Thanks and sorry if Im a pain:)

I would go high on training days and low on non training days..can you post a sample of your diet now?? Make sure your lifting intensity is there....I would also do cardio in the AM on an empty stomach...45 minutes at least...try the treadmill on an incline around 10-12%...It is all diet..and yes it will take a little while but w/ consistency in your diet and training you will get there..no such thing as fast results..didnt happen over night so its not going to come off over night either. Drink plenty of water...1-1.5 gallons a day...are you taking any fatburners? Stay away from the junk food..keep carbs complex...eat as much REAL food as possible...rotating carbs seems to get the best results...I would stick w/ that for 4-6 weeks...take body fat and measurements to see where you are at w/ progress...scale really doesnt help so do skin folds and have the same person do them each time so they are somewhat accurate. Make sure you are taking in some fats...good fats of course:)

When I was at that high of bf I found it much easier to overdo and it actually took less to get positive results. I think I hit a sticking point at a higher bf than I would have if I had not done cardio every day in addition to heavy weights and fat burners.
