Side Ab work...with bands...

Pretty good one. The Viking Press is one heck of a delt exercise...ouch...lol.

Cheese began telling me that he knew of this exercise that would drive women wild if they saw us doing it. Said that it would drive them even wilder than someone with a strong Kneeling Squat (didn't think it was possible...kneeling squats were the ultimate women impressor). This is what he demonstrated...

I laid on my back and pushed with my heels...hard into the ground. I then tried to rock back onto the top of my head..and lift my stomach as far from the ground as possible...

It is actually pretty hard.

Ive actually seen those done before, rather violently I might add, by Mike Tyson.
