actually, I posted before I watched the video. that dive bomb/bounce style scares me. if it were ME i would work on my exposivess out of the hole without the bounce. box squats and band work. I worry about your knees. Rebound + tight wraps + 405 could be bad news.
when I am suited and wrapped up I feel BEST out of the hole. I generally get stuck about 3/4 of the way up after controlled, not slow, descent. Never been buried in the hole.
