This is on the training board, but I thought I would post it here, too:

485 Squat

This is from last Tuesday. It is a 70 lb PR for me, after my 8-week routine. Comments and criticism are welcome.

By the way, thanks to B for hosting the vid.

Couldnt see anything but a black screen.

Oh well....then I guess it looked great congratulations wish I could have seeen it.

Peace,
Natural Mike

ok looks pretty decent,

first work on sitting back more, sit back the whole way down, and spread the floor hard, push your knees out the whole nine yards

you also need to stick your chest out more to and pull your lats in to get your elbows under the bar(i should talk right irishpower), push that head into the bar

i couldnt tell but ill bet you need more in your belly, pull as much air in as possible in your gut and then sit back.

get some groove breifs, frantz is my favorite, like 55 bucks for double ply and less for single, round up your measurements a lil bit so they are loose for training. have them add 1-2 inches to the leg length, and 2-3 inches to the torso. i think they are a good deal, and mine didnt take but a week or so to get to my door. unlike the 7 year waiting period for inzer. (i like their bench shirts but arrrggghhhh)

also try pulling your right sock up a little bit, the left one seems to be a hair higher then the right one. this may add anywhere from 50-75 pounds to your squat. remember its all well and good to have good form but if your socks arent prefectly even youll never squat the big weights.

great job on the pr, just keep working on your form and youll squat 600 in no time. also gain some weight.
