Thats damn good bent row advice man. I definitely agree with the part about holding it at the top of the motion, but at the same time I personally think it's ok to speed rep it sometimes without much of a hold. Mixing it up works great but if there was only one way to choose from it would be a controlled motion with pause at the top.
I've used and liked the Lean Hybrid Muscle workout that these guys talk about. I will go back on it soon, i have a pinched nerve in shoulder right now.
I prefer the Matt Kroc method to a wide and thick back because it actually gives you a wide and thick back, but to each his own I guess...
Turns out that your back isn't particularly concerned with perfect form, if you are pulling heavy weights for lots of reps and reasonable form, your back will have no choice but to grow. I do agree with using the full ROM.
