It's hilarious to me how crooked the window is.....but that's what happens in old homes! A little "wonky-ness" add character.....

You know what would be cool - is a seagrass shade for that window.
They have them at Pier one, really well priced, so if you got sick of it you just switch it back.

Actually, Target has some nice shades -- bamboo, etc.....pretty reasonable also.....I'll have to check them out.....

I want to also get new curtains for the MBR....it's a sapphire blue with white trim & I now have white tab curtains there....want something to make the room darker as the Roman shades don't quite "cut it."

Yeah, if I had enough $$$ I'd be sure to find something I liked!! LOL Just most of the time I don't want to spend that much....

COOL, jen, my home office is the exact same color- dark wood furniture and bright white trim. the only difference is- i have a burgundy ceiling with white track lighting and burgundy carpeting- it looks awesome together.
