ok so i always see things abou "you can theoretically eat unlimited amounts of non-starchy vegetables" obviously you get full but is this true? can you eat all the non-starchy vegetables you can keep down?

Yes, but sometimes no.

It depends on nutrient timing- what are you having with those veggies? If say, you're having a protein+fat meal you can still eat lots of veggies. If you add a couple of apples you've spiked the insulin response and your efforts are wasted.

i just keep it simple and leave them as part or sometimes double up for carbs...if part it usually sits next to a cup of b. rice...

I blend frozen broccoli and spinach into my protein shakes because I can't stomach them otherwise.

Are you serious? I thought about doing that one time but decided against it since that would mean mixing pb, milk, oatmeal, eggs and green veggies. My roommates thought I was crazy.
