Var Only First Cycle Diary - 50MG - 6 Weeks

Hey guys so i've been working out since 2015, however i started taking natty supplements November 2015. Then few days ago, finally decided to take the other route. My pic attached taken yesterday. I been researching for a while now and thought this is mild so i thought i will give it a shot. I am fully aware of the risk and i am willing to go through it.

I will log my progress here through out the process.

I am doing my very first cycle - Var only cycle at 50MG.

Goal: To shred!

Macros: 200Gm Protein, 200Gm Carbs, 70gm Fats, 1600 BMR

My Stats:
Age: 30 Years old
Height: 5'8
Weight: 136lbs

Log: Day 4

As of today, im on my 4th day taking 50MG E/D of Var only plus 750MG of Milk Thistle for liver protection.

So far i don't feel anything odd. My max weights were still same as it was. Libido is still up to the roof thats for sure. Tho i can see my veins much more than few days ago when im lifting.

Has anyone done the same cycle? What was your result? Side-effect during?
 
Well I guess I'll be the first to say it..... Should've run test, never oral only. Shut yourself down for mediocre results which you'll loose post cycle anyways.

Loose - loose situation my friend. But I guess since you've already started there's no turning back. Should've done some more research and asked around for advice before jumping into a stupid cycle bro. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Don't expect anything much to come out of this, except feeling like shit for a few weeks after you stop.

Day 5:

Energy is crazy. Carb intake was pretty low but was able to pull in 2 hours of shoulder, biceps, and core workout today.
I could go from set to supersets with minimal rest. Barely drank my pre-workout as well.

Gained 7 pounds so far from when i hit plateau of same weight for the last 2 months.
 
Anavar only cycle and even testosterone only cycles tend to be the first cycle most guys run.

You should have great results from it if you have worked your body over years close to the point of your genetic cap.
I would not dose the milk thistle at the same time as the anavar, I always make sure to allow time during the day in between dosing the liver support and the steroids.
I make a cycle support product called n2 guard and have noticed when I take my liver support too close a time to my orals the effects from the orals is diminished. When I space out the dosing by a couple of hours I can feel my orals much more effectively.
 
Oh really? Ok i might need to spread it apart. Yeah i had thought id take it together. So far i've been getting good results. My energy is just amazing and my muscles are showing more definition. Did you experience any sides when you did the cycle?
 
Oxandrolone is a very mild steroid and you wont see much negative sides compared to other steroids. Even winstrol makes my joints a bit painful but anavar just always sits right.

Main problem with anavar is that it fuks your cholesterol levels way off and no matter how clean your diet is, your body will just make the bad cholesterol.

Anavar is good still and you should feel good all around.
 
Directors Log Day 6:

Dose still at 50MG E/D

Today's significance is still at my energy level. Could totally do my normal routine with very low carb before my workout and i could go set to set with minimal rest. I could push for 2 hours with no issues. My muscles are feeling tight every day since day 2 all day long. The same feeling when you crank your workout up double or 3 notches up. Getting more vascularity slowly. I have been eating a lot more too, every 2 hours i seem to get hungry.

Resting heart rate tho had gone up from low 50's to 80's (still normal range).

Wish me luck folks... :p
 
Yeah good luck dude I'm on my first cycle as well I'm doing 500mg of test e for 12 weeks and then depending on how I feel I'm going to run var for the last 6 weeks. Good post keep it up
 
Directors Log Day 7:

My delts and upper chest are getting vascularity i haven't seen before. My recovery has been so quick. I workedout for more than 2 hours today and post lifting i was able to do cardio on stepper. Did chest, biceps, core, and side delts today with minimal rest and supersets (full # of reps) in between. I feel like i can still run 10km after all this lol.

I wonder what it would be like had i been on max dose of 100MG. Im only half at 50MG but the results are amazing when it comes to performance. Week 1 done! 5 weeks to go! woot!

Great to hear everything is going amazing stick with 50mg sometimes more ain't better I think 50 is right for you keep posting good luck
 
Make sure you are getting 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight consistently everyday.
 
Var is a nice introduction cycle but once you go up to 50 mgs for 6 weeks it stops being classified and "safe and mild." And the results might not be that great. Personally, I'd recommend 25 mgs of D-bol for 3 weeks.
 
Yeah bro ^^^. Most guys ive seen who did it tho run it for 8 weeks max. As for my first run ill just keep it at 6 weeks. See how i feel. How much dose you planning on doing?
 
Directors Log Day 8:

Vital signs still intact. Nothing was elevated from my normal readings. Can't feel any sides tho im keeping my full dose of fish oils and milk thistle at 750 MG.
I did shoulders today and triceps. Been hitting biceps every day since i been on day 1. Still feeling muscle tightness but good kinda feeling. Even without pre-workout i could workout as if i did take em. Definitely hitting my full reps of 10 and another superset of 10 reps for total of 1 set. I don't know if its normal but i noticed being hungry every less than couple hours. I wake up in the middle of the night hungry.

I just want to say absolutely NOTHING wrong with an oral only cycle.

tons of guys do them and tons of guys get great results.. so what. yes if you stacked an androgen with a mild compound like anavar you would get 'better' results. but you would also get more sides too. more gear = more sides.. that is common sense.

remember var is liver toxic.. so 6 weeks should be your max, and I hope you aren't using other drugs or drinking on it also. make sure you take care of your liver
 
@Stevesmi: Thank you for the tips bro. Yeah i dont smoke, drink alcohol, nor do any drugs lol. Do you think tho for my size, 50MG is a good dose? In your opinion, would bumping it up to 75MG be a bad idea? This is my first cycle so my aim is to just feel how my body respond to this type of things inside my system. So far so good. Taking 750MG of Milk Thistle as well to go along with it.

I've always reacted better to orals. But in general, I think they're superior. 500 mgs of d-bol a week will give a lot better results that 500 mgs of test!
 
Directors Log: Day 14

Quick update folks, still not experiencing any sides. Libido is extremely high if i may be honest lol. Vascularity is being apparent and my shoulders are starting to get more defined than what it was. I up my dose to 75MG. Might stay on 75MG for the next 2 weeks and then back down to 50 the last 2 weeks of my cycle.

Vital signs still pretty intact. Nothin has raised. Strength is very much noticeable as well.

I will have a pic by next week up for tracking purposes.

Directors Log: Day 17 in

Ok after 2 weeks at 50mg, i upped my dose to 75mg. Vital signs still normal for me (120/80 and 60-70bpm HR). Tho the only sides i think im experiencing is my wrist and ankle joint on one arm and one foot is kinda funny.

I guess people are right when they say UG grade var is probably little to no var but its winny instead which presents joint dryness. It is nothing bad, it doesnt affect my workout, i just need to take in more fish oils and see how that goes. If it continue to get worse i will go back down to 50mg. i havent felt my joints funny at 50mg. perhaps 75mg is pushing it.

Anyways that's all i have to log for today.

Directors Log: 21 Days in! 3 weeks it has been!

Joint issues was just a blip as they were gone in 3 days. I thought it's going to be the sides im expected to feel but yeah they were gone now.

Alright! 3 weeks in, i gained staggering 9 pounds of lean mass! Muscles look firmer as body fat is slowly getting lower as well.

Blood Pressure is 120/80 slightly elevated than my normal readings. But diet has been clean and high in good fats.

Sex drive is crazy feeling like im 18 again! To anyone saying itll shut me down, hmmm i think it's doing the opposite. lol i could go 5-7 times a day lol.

My work clothes have definitely been tighter. Specially my pants.They wont slide down passed my calves.

Not planning on using test as i don't see the need for it.

Dose is still at 75mg after 14 days of taking 50mg.

Joint RX has possibly the best ingredient profile Ive seen for a joint supp. Id definately reccomend running that. Youd have to get 3 or 4 bottles of other supps to get all the ingredients you get in that formula.

Directors Log Day 27:

No joint issues whatsoever however the only issues i find is im slightly lethargic but when i start lifting my energy returns.

Other than the feeling of tiredness in the morning, i cant think of any other side effects.

I been aiming for fasted cardio in the morning. My usual routine is working out after eating, so maybe my tiredness in the morning is attributed to not having carbs.

Since im more than halfway in the cycle, i switched my stimulant pre-workout with non-stim preworkout creatine blend. So in a week, im expecting another 5 pounds. Im very sensitive to creatine, could easily gain 5-7 pounds in a week of usage.

Dosing still at 75mg. After hitting my 4th week (28th day) i will dose it back down to 50MG.

I will post a pic soon.

Guys any advise on PCT?
 
I've ran var only cycles ,nothing wrong with it, even tho var is considered mild it is still liver toxic, therefore its important to use liver protectors however don't stop there drink lots of water and drink cranberry Juice or take cranberry extract.
 
I've been taking MIlk thistle 1 gm. I am not entering my week 5 of my cycle. Lowering my dose to 50 mg this week, and the week after at 25mg.

My cycle dosing:
50/50/75/75/50/25

1GM of Milk Thistle
5GM of fish oils
