Var Cycle help needed please

Me again...sorry x

so as not to confuse will just talk in week numbers.

Wk 1 started Var 5mg per day
Wk 6 increased to 10mg per day

Its now week 7.

Surgery is Week 12 - cannot train for 6 weeks which would take me to week 18.

Wedding is Week 28.

Do I stop now - take break for 6 weeks and restart 2 weeks after surgery?

Or do I plough on and do 20 weeks stopping 8 weeks before the wedding.

The aim being to retain gains during 6 weeks off and be at peak for wedding.

I am open to trying other AS or supplements if needed.

I am currently training 4x weekly - minimal cardio due to shin injury but weight training without rest to emulate a cardio workout.

Am using Superqt's pre contest diet.

Thanks in advance for all your help x

I would take the 6 weeks off after surgery just keep the diet tight and then restart it to take it all the way through to the wedding.

I thought I needed to keep taking the VAR thru my 6 weeks off to retain the gains I had made?

Also if I carry on until then - that would be another 4 weeks = 11 weeks total....would I then need to take 11 weeks off?

Whats the maximum time you can take VAR for at 10mg per day...is it 20 or could you go longer?

I know females bodybuilders that take var all year it really depends on your goals.

I am not a fan of pyramiding. It was designed for men so to help their natural test recover. It was later shown to have no positive effect.
I would take one amount and stick with it. If you want better results tweak your diet.
I would also stop taking the var before surgery. Complications like excessive bleeding can occur.
Stick with the diet like mentioned above. When I have been on the shelf due to surgery I have made some of my best progress. I have nothing better to do than eat super clean. When I get back to the gym I feel skinny but then when I start lifting I pump up like crazy with viens, grainy muscle etc. My waist gets super small too.
Don't get down about being out of the gym. Use it as an opportunity!
