Im gettng ready to start this cycle, I was wondering what doses you ladies have used that were effective. I have done all these before but, not this combo. I will probably start with 5mg var/ day since I haven't cycled it for awhile. I tapered up to take 3x40mcg tabs of clen last time. The t3 Im not sure what does to start at, I have the 50mcg tabs. I can't even remember how I took it last time it was so long ago. I was looking for a day to day post of this type of cycle and couldn't find one. If this question has been asked and answered..please link me.
I was also wondering what taurine does with clen? thanks

No history of health probs/heart probs.
 
id start with 10mg var, 2/40 am and noon of clen and 1/2 t3. thats a high t3 tab. usually one would start at 12.5.
 
Clen depletes natural taurine levels in the liver which hinders T4 to T3 conversion. You also need to take additional Potassium. I've always cycled high on Clen so I won't give you advice but I would suggest cycling up to 80mcg/day 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off. I've run a 120mcg cycle, and 160mcg cycle and a 200mcg cycle and I never saw the benefits of increased dosages.
