White's Truck Stop Staunton-Augusta YMCA winter bench press/Deadlift Classic.
Date: January 25th
Location: Staunton-Augusta YMCA, Virginia
708 North Coalter Street, Staunton VA 24401
Awards: 1st-3rd in each weight class/age division
Divisions: Open, Sub Masters 35-39,Masters 40-49, Masters 50-59 Masters 60-69, Female, teenager 13-19.
Classes: 132,148,165,181,198,220,242,275, supers
Entry fee: $35.00 one lift or $65 both.
Weigh in: 9:00-10:00am
Start 10:30am
Rules: Bench press pause at the chest, Deadlift no hitching.

I may go just to check it out. I would like to get into this sport. I know I'd get crushed b/c I'm 6'5" weigh 240 and only bench 285/deadlift405 but I'm sure if I got involved It would help me focus on some new goals.
