using Tren for best results

never used Tren at all. I’m 32 years old and this would be my 4th cycle. Wondering what you guys thought of doing 350mgs a week of Tren. Then stacking in some test at 200mgs a week. Would that work together? My goals are to get stronger and bigger. I’m currently 205lbs and 6’3’’ and hit a wall !

Micro dose your tren, do not run high doses of tren or take peoples advice that say to do so!

10mg a day total 70mg a week
Pair it with 250mg of testosterone its a moderate safe start slowly titrate up your tren if you can handle it.


Food,Sleep,Intent in traing first before bumping the drugs IMO😆
 
Bros, Tren is one of my favorites. You can go with 250 mg a week. I don't think you need anything more than that. You'll get great results.

If you have never used it I would go Tren a.

Start at 10mg daily for 2-3 weeks
20mg daily for 2-3 weeks
30mg daily for 2-3 weeks


Tren can wreck your sleep and sleep/food are the most anabolic things we have

The reality is if you want to build quality contractile tissue that actually sticks, it has to be done steady over time brother.

First thing you need to look at is whether your body is even in a productive state to grow.

Are your health markers in range
Is insulin sensitivity where it needs to be
Are you actually ticking the foundations

Nutrition
Training
Recovery

If those aren’t in place you’re just forcing growth in a system that isn’t set up for it.

In a growth phase you don’t want compounds that negatively impact those foundations. That’s where a lot of guys go wrong.

Will you grow on tren? Of course. But it comes at a cost. Usually sleep disruption, appetite issues, reduced cardiovascular capacity and poorer recovery. That might give you a short term look, but it’s not ideal for sustained tissue accrual.

Easy come, easy go.

A more productive approach is getting lean enough to actually run a long growth phase, keeping insulin sensitivity high so nutrients are partitioned toward muscle instead of spilling over into body fat too early.

From there you push growth with food first. When progress starts to slow, and only if sleep, recovery and stress are still in a good place, then you increase the anabolic load.

Then you repeat that process for as long as your health markers allow.

Tren is far better suited to a prep or cut as a later stage tool, not a base for building tissue.

With your base, push testosterone to a level where estrogen is in a good spot, not crushed. Estrogen plays a big role in growth, recovery and igf1 signalling, so you want it working for you, not against you.

If you need to push load further, you can either manage estrogen properly or bring in non aromatising compounds like a dht such as masteron.

Something like npp at moderate doses can also be useful for driving tissue and improving joint comfort without wrecking the foundations if it’s managed properly.

High dose tren at any stage especially for your first run is diabolical advice.

Could not agree more, at the end of the day if he wants to run Tren he is going to, but every point in this message is spot on.
