Using nicotine and bodybuilding goals

Hey bros,
I'm a casual smoker, most of the time on the weekends when I go out, my question is if nicotine in small consumption can affect my muscle or circulation, by the way I forgot to mention I'm on a bulking cycle with whey and creatine.

In small dosages, it won't hurt you but it certainly isn't doing any good. I would try to smoke as little as possible.

Nicotine
adversely affects EVERY major system in the human body. As it builds up from regular use, it can lead to weakened immune function, fatigue, decreased healing time, and long-term diseases including cancer. In fact, nicotine prevents the body from properly disposing of damaged cells, thereby allowing cancer cells to develop.

Not only that, smoking cigarettes leads to a build up of tar and pollutants in your lungs which will negatively impact endurance and breathing.

smoking is one of the nastiest things in existance. i hate being anywhere near smokers.

if you are selling a house and it smells like smoke you are way less likely to get a buyer.. same with a car or anything else. I don't think you realize how horrible it is for your health.

the answer is YES, it is bad for your bodybuilding goals. even if you only smoke on the weekends. get some new friends and hobbies, it sounds like you are more worried about losing your social life than your health.

Smoking is the worst thing you can do for your health. Obviously the less you do it the better but any at all is bad. Especially because it usually goes hand and hand with drinking alcohol and other poor choices. I would just make it your number 1 priority and quit.

While an ocassional cigarette won't really make a difference for your bodybuilding progress, I would not expect anything good from it. Smoking is very bad for our health, so it would be best to avoid smoking for good, since even ocasional smoking is still smoking.

It can affect your appettite and in the long term mess up with your cardiovascular system which will affect your workouts.

In the end, it doesnt really matter if you smoke a bit, but I would say it makes it more difficult
