using igf lr3 help

I need some advice on how to dose igf LR3
I want to get more benefits of recovery and lean mass.
Looking to start at 25mcg a day but not sure if that is a good starting point. Also would you recommend site injecting it or do I just pin anywhere with a slin pin?
I’m 58 years old and 166lbs

i would pin sub Q belly or your shoulder delt start with 25mcg close to training and protein shake with it
 
i would do 25-50mcg
that is a good dose to start with
 
i would stack with nutrobal
it has good effects
