URGENT need your help on a cutting cycle !!!

HI !!
currently on a cutting cycle which looks like this :
-low carbs (50-100g/day),high protein,low fat
-45 min-1 hour cardio 5Xweek
-ECA stack made me sick a few days ago,so I can't use it anymore
-t3,winny 50 mg ed
-can't add other gears...
-1 "shit day" week: I eat high carbs but clean diet once a week (on saturday or on sunday:begin on saturday evening til sunday evening)
I have to have that shit day or I become depressive :lol:

actually I'm at +/- 13% bf (was at 17% 5 weeks ago), can slowly beginning to see a 4 pack,nothing more...still have love handles...

THE PROBLEM is that I have to be ready for pictures in 4 weeks at least and that means that I must have a six paks abs and no more love handles !!

What kind of advices could you give me? It's very important for me bros so please help !!!!!

your obviously looking for a quick fix. ill help you out. but prepare for a rebound when u stop the diet because your appetite will skyrocket when your off this diet.

take eca 3 times a day or more

take in 1 gram per pound of lean bodyweight in protien

eat cans of tuna very lean steak and piece of fish for your protien

eat no carbs, but do eat 4-5 big servings of cabbage or lettuce a day

dont add any fats to anything because you will be getting a small amount from your lean steak and fish.

you will be ripped, but you will feel tired. drink alot of diet coke and 2-3 gallons of water, also take multivatins 2-3 a day and alot of vitamin e and vitamin c and zinc
 
Do not take t-3 with low carbs. There is a reason that low-carb diets lower t-3 levels, and that is to preserve muscle. Use ALA on your carb up day to minimize any fat gain, stick with distilled water to avoid bloating.

Try replacing 45min cardio with sprints (make sure you do this on an empty stomach if you can).

If you try nc's diet idea, make absolutely SURE you get enough potassium and magnesium. Try to find Mortons no-salt, its a great source of potassium and can spice up bland foods.

Listen to these guys, they are right. Follow Nc's diet, u can supplement some fish oil capsules w/ meals (start w/ 6 a day), and definitely do sprints and heavy lifting instead of regular cardio.

Can somebody explain why spints are prefered instead of regular cardio during this period? I am kinda curious cuz' I am doing the same here...

Studies show Interval cardio to be 3x better for fat loss due to how high metabolism is raised after it is completed. Also (dont quote me on this, its only my theory) since interval cardio is more anaerobic than normal cardio and preformed for a shorter time, muscle maybe retained to a greater degree.

When do you mean when you say intervals? How long for the intense part and how long for the slow/rest part of the cardio.

For example:2 minutes walking and 30 seconds of sprinting on a treadmill?!
