Lately, I've been feeling flat. Like I am deflated. Does this mean that I should start eating a shit load of pasta? Where are my best carbs going to come from? I still have alot to learn when it comes to dieting for bodybuilding. It was a big leap forward for me when I got my fat, lazy ass off the couch and started lifting a year ago. I now need to learn how to eat right.
