hey guys, rough day, did some dips and back
dips with added weight, 5x5 60 for first 4 sets and 70 on last set
supersetted those with hammer rows, 115 on each side for 4 sets of 5
incline dumbells, 2 sets with 80's. first set conventional style, 10 reps, second set, palms facing 8 reps
2 sets of 5 on chins from dead hang
plat form deads up to 315 for 3, back felt tire tonight
and 2 sets sumo/high pull ( simulating driving tire off ground)
that was it
