hey guys, rough day, did some dips and back

dips with added weight, 5x5 60 for first 4 sets and 70 on last set

supersetted those with hammer rows, 115 on each side for 4 sets of 5

incline dumbells, 2 sets with 80's. first set conventional style, 10 reps, second set, palms facing 8 reps

2 sets of 5 on chins from dead hang

plat form deads up to 315 for 3, back felt tire tonight
and 2 sets sumo/high pull ( simulating driving tire off ground)
that was it
 
What kind of platform are you using to pull from???

Does it make it harder when you turn your palms in to do the incline dbell press?

i like the extra dip weight, thats impressive.

i have done those palms in db press before. one heck of a tricep exercise. i got very strong off of doing those.

question?..... is it hard to do a high pull from a sumo stance?. im better at deadlifting sumo, but i generate more speed an force in a conventional stance.

good workout though.

Exodus, thanx on the dips, I have done heavier, but not for 5 sets, I weight 220 btw.
Definitely makes it harder turning palms in on the dumbells. I could have done more than 10 the first set conventional, maybe up to 13-14, but no more than 8 on the palms in. I just tried to do the high pull sumo, curl grip of the aerobic step(my platform) to simulate the tire flip. It was awkward though, but we'll see if my tire flip improves from it.

btw b, i talked to billy "lateral moves" knight friday at a bar in nashville. he wants me to submission fight with him.
